Hi I'm Rachel

I'm a Family Law Lawyer based in North Lakes.

I was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 and hold a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

 

My career in family law began while I was still at university, working as a Legal Associate to a Justice of the Family Court of Australia. Since then, I have practised almost exclusively in family law, with a brief period in commercial litigation.

 

Why Family Law?

I have a strong passion for social justice and believe in giving back to my community. Each month, I volunteer with the Women’s Legal Service and work with sensitivity and understanding, particularly with clients who have experienced domestic and family violence.

 

I take pride in being empathetic and approachable, listening to my clients’ concerns and goals, and providing advice that is both practical and strategic. For me, representing clients goes beyond the courtroom — it’s about supporting them through one of the most challenging times in their lives and helping them find a way forward with confidence and clarity.
